He once promised Rex’s father, Everette Hogz, that he would protect the family — a promise that shattered the night they were massacred.
Haunted by guilt and trapped in a system he can’t fix, Olover becomes both ally and conscience to Rex. But as the city crumbles and loyalties blur, even the commissioner’s badge may not keep him safe from the monsters in his own ranks.
